| I have used building contractors in the past and have been very disappointed in the service I have received. Recently when I needed three bathrooms remodeled I contacted Denny's Home Services and was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received. Not only was the work done at an extremely high quality but it was done within the time frame quoted. All work including changes I made were quoted in writing prior to the work being done. Communication was outstanding throughout the project and there were no surprises at the end. The workmen who completed my project were not only highly skilled but neat and courteous. Whereas my previous experience had been with companies that did my work on-and-off with long periods of total inactivity, Denny's Home Services started at the agreed date and continued daily until the job was done. The few problems that did crop up were due to choices I had made in the materials I ordered and not because of anything done or not done by Denny's. Denny's was even able to help me find more reliable sources or speed up my suppliers when bottlenecks occurred. Mike really know all facets of building and both he and Dominic were very diligent and courteous. Of course you did a great job too in coordinating and planning. Now I have three great looking upgraded bathrooms and a happy house. All in all my experience with Denny's Home Services was very pleasant and I hope that before too long I will be able to bring you back for some other projects we need done. | We recently called Denny's Home Services to have work done on our bathroom and were very pleased with our association with Denny's and its staff from start to finish. Our initial telephone call was answered with pleasant professionalism and an appointment was scheduled to give us an estimate by the manager. The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable, and discussed each aspect of the project in detail, offering the least expensive option possible for the repairs. One part of the project was fixing once and for all our leaking shower doors. Over the course of several years, no previous handymen had been able to determine the source of the leak, let alone fix the problem. The manager pinpointed the problem immediately. The repairman was prompt on the scheduled day, worked quickly, diligently and skillfully for 4 hours. Not only was he friendly and conscientious, but he did a beautiful job with every aspect of the project and there is no longer a leak from our shower door. He left the bathroom spotless and took care throughout the work that there was no tracking of debris through the rest of the house. He even wore coverings over his shoes to protect our carpet. We found Denny's Home Services trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable, and always mindful and respectful of the customer and the costs as viewed through his/her eyes. We will without hesitation use Denny's for our long list of home improvements and repairs and will continue to recommend it to anyone we know who is searching for reliable, topnotch service. | Through Denny's Home Services we have contracted for wall/ceiling repair and painting. Their work has been exceptional. They are on time (no two-hour windows) and their workers are professional. Our painting project was significant, almost the entire first floor of a two-story dwelling, living room, hall and dining room; plus the upstairs hall. The challenge they faced was five separate colors and an off-white to accent doors, baseboards and ceilings. The results are model home impressive! Our designer had ideas that were wonderful, the Denny's painters (David and Ralph) offered their opinions that enhanced and improved the designer's. The alcove is incredible. The house will soon look like a showroom (furniture is on order) and we cannot wait for Denny's (and David and Ralph) to tackle our family room and kitchen. Richard Menken Ventura, California |

| We contacted Denny's Home Services on the recommendation of a co-worker. We could not be happier with the outstanding service that we received from the very beginning. John Phillips is a great representative for your company, as well as all of the staff who came into our home and were involved with the projects. John and Eric offered suggestions and helped us along the way from start to finish. From the removal of the ceiling 'cottage cheese' throughout the entire house, to the re-texturing of the ceilings (with the utmost attention to the 'tricky' areas), to the painting throughout the house, to the tiling of the shower in the master bath, everything turned out great. Each night when we came home from work we found the home as clean as possible given the task at hand. That was in the beginning of 2007. Then came the kitchen and downstairs bath remodel at the end of 2007. Again we called on Denny's to do the job, and once again they came through... We really enjoy our new kitchen cabinets, counter and lighting, as well as the new flooring. It has really made a difference in our home. We would highly recommend this company for any home improvements that you may have in mind. Thank you Denny's, we will see you again in the future, 'cause we are not done yet...
